This is a Reclamation Area located in the icy north. The leprechaun lands are all frozen and filled with all sorts of minerals of the earth.

Pumilion is the capital of Pixie territory. It is located within the frozen north above the Leprechaun Territory. It is made out of crystal homes.

Lussiac is the capital of Spriggan Territory. It is set upon ancient ruins and the whole capital is set forth with Aztec style buildings.
