Personality: Celeste is probably the most mature and wellbred of the Nixies. She is lady-like, well-spoken and very charismatic. She is very good at having a straight-face, it is hard to tell if she is insulting you or not.
She can be easily angered, so be warned.
Backstory: Celeste is the only child of Pitch Black. Thus making her the Princess of Nixies. She does not know much about the details of her mother's death. She knows that her father holds the King of Fae under his thumb. It is all she needs to know. She dreams of a world where beauty covers the land. And she is queen.
